Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entry: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the entry form on the giveaway landing page and provide a valid email address. Only one entry per person. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive email communications from the giveaway organizer and participating brands.

Sharing of Email Addresses: By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that their email address may be shared with 22 participating brands for marketing purposes.

Prizes: The giveaway will feature a $1100 grand prize ($50 gift card to each participating brand) and a $220 ($10 gift card to each participating brand) runner-up prize. Winner will be chosen by random by the giveaway organizer and announced on the giveaway landing page/social media.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Notification: Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of the giveaway closing. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours after the notification, a new winner may be selected.

General Conditions: The giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability: The giveaway organizer and participating brands are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. In no event shall the giveaway organizer or participating brands be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the giveaway.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to the giveaway shall be governed by the laws of Contra Costa County without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and shall be resolved exclusively through mediation at the expense of the giveaway participant.
