The Energize lavender lemongrass besoms are sometimes also used for smoke cleansing!! Place them above the inside door frame of your front door for extra protection, or use them to physically sweep away negative energy!
Brooms and besoms have a rich history, with the word besom coming from Old English. Anthropologists suggest brooms were metaphysically used as a fertility symbol to encourage crop growth during ritual, and primary sources during the Middle Ages investigated suspected sorcerers use of ‘flying ointment’ with their household brooms.
